CLASSES – CAPACITY (part 2)

The Class Capacity report is the second of the Classes report and focuses on the capacity of coaches, classes and locations. The club wanted to understand what space was available in their locations for planning purposes, health & safety, and resource planning.

Suppose a club’s ambition is to grow. In that case, it is crucial to have enough space in the correct classes. The metrics highlight available spots in recreational classes as these are the only classes that a non-member can join without fulfilling additional requirements.

The charts highlight three different ways to look at capacity: by current membership, by the maximum allowed for a session, by the maximum permitted per location. Special needs classes are marked with an asterisk (*) as different rules apply.
