MEMBERS – DEVELOPMENT (part 4)

This is the final report relating to members of a club. This time I look at how the demographics (and payments) of members have changed over time.

The development report gives a high-level view of how the club is performing based on member numbers and income relating to members within a relevant period. Metrics highlight how much marketing activity the club is involved in. For example, If the attrition rate is high, the acquisition rate needs to be high to maintain a consistent membership.

Select a different breakdown (age, year-on-year, gender) to see how the demographics are changing, or if the club members are consistent. This club receives a monthly membership from members. If a club has a yearly membership, the second graph is less useful.
